About Us
On arrival….
We collect detailed information about all children at the enrolment stage, but if there is anything important regarding your Child’s needs (either physical, emotional, medical, dietary or otherwise), please do let us know at your child’s first session or your pre-start visit. It is of utmost importance that medical and emergency contact records are kept current, so please let us know if these change over the course of your child’s stay.
Whilst you are waiting for the session to begin, please take the opportunity to check the pigeon hole (on the left as you enter the external door) in your child’s name, and check notice-boards for important information. Parents should accompany children into the room, where they are welcomed by staff. Parents are welcome to stay with their child until they are settled at playgroup. Please discuss your child’s specific needs with staff.
Children should be collected promptly at the finish time, especially when another session is to follow soon afterwards. If you have any issues with the session times (for example clashing collection times for other children), please let a member of staff know and we will do our best to help.
Please check our "sessions" page to see which session times best suit your child.
